When will the Thank You tee ship?
The Thank You tee is a pre-order with shipping expected to commence early April 2026. Once dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details. Thank you for your patience!
Why can't I see my previous orders in my account?
Don't worry, they've not disappeared! We've switched platforms to Shopify to improve user experience. The previous store was hosted on WooCommerce so accounts and orders created before 28th November 2025 can be accessed via this link.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Orders containing in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. For pre-order items, the estimated production timeline is shown on each product page. If anything changes, we’ll update you by email or on the relevant product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once everything is ready.
Will I have to pay any tariffs on delivery?
No, we ship from Austin, TX, so there are no additional fees for delivery within the US beyond the shipping rates at checkout. If you are shipping outside the US, you will have to use our international site by selecting it from the dropdown in the menu.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return any unworn and unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
Please note that customised, personalised, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
